As she's driving down the road, a truck pulls up out front of her and they have a really nasty accident and she goes into a coma as a result of the crash.<br /><br />When she wakes up three weeks later, there is a doctor next to her and she quickly asks the doctor - "Where is my son... he's an incredibly talented footballer, he could have played for England and been better than Beckham?"<br /><br />The doctor replies "I'm so sorry, in the accident he lost his leg he wont be able to kick a football any more."<br /><br />The woman is devastated but then remembers her daughter "Doctor what about my daughter? She's really good at tennis and she could be the best in the world someday, she might win Wimbledon someday!"<br /><br />The doctor says "Sorry but in the accident she lost both of her arms and she won't be able to pick up a racket any more." The woman begins to cry.<br /><br />"Doctor" asks the woman, "How long have I been in this coma?"<br /><br />"Three weeks today, it's the first of April" he says smiling.<br /><br />The woman realises it's April Fool's day and begins to laugh.
